Kelly is one of Australia’s most experienced Health Economists, with over 30 years of impact in the pharmaceutical and MedTech sectors. A recognised expert in market access and health technology assessment (HTA), she combines technical depth with strategic insight to support successful reimbursement outcomes.
Her career spans industry, academia, and government advisory, giving her a comprehensive view of the healthcare landscape. She has led numerous PBAC, MSAC, and PLAC submissions, developed pricing and risk-sharing strategies, and worked across a wide range of therapeutic areas.
Kelly currently lectures in Health Economics at Monash University and chairs the board of a biotech start-up. She is known for her collaborative, solutions-focused approach and commitment to patient-centred outcomes.

Matt Kirchmann is a solicitor and economist with over 25 years of experience in health economics, reimbursement strategy, and market access. As a co-founder of KMC Health Care, he helps pharmaceutical and MedTech companies navigate Australia’s complex reimbursement landscape.
Matt has led successful PBS and MSAC submissions, pricing negotiations, and financial modelling for a wide range of therapies and technologies. His rare combination of legal and economic expertise allows him to deliver cost-effective, compliant, and strategically positioned solutions.
Known for his clarity and precision, Matt is a skilled communicator who simplifies complex regulatory and economic issues—supporting clients with policy engagement, submission drafting, and stakeholder alignment.

Carolyn is a seasoned health economist and pharmacist with over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge and commercial insight to market access and health economics strategy.
Her career includes leadership roles at CSL and GSK, where she led teams in securing PBS listings, pricing strategies, and cross-functional product development. Carolyn has worked across a wide range of therapeutic areas, including pain, infectious diseases, diabetes, respiratory, HIV, dermatology, and medical devices.
With deep expertise in the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS), she has successfully delivered PBAC submissions, hospital formulary applications, and pricing dossiers. Her background in both hospital and retail pharmacy informs her practical, patient-focused approach.
